Today's Daily Devotional is a discourse on Jesus' mission of bringing joy into the lives of individuals He came in contact with while He was on the earth. His mission was that of banishing sorrow, which is of the devil and his evil agents, in the lives of men. He declared to all that God's anointing was upon Him to preach the gospel to everyone, especially the poor in the spirit, and to fill their hearts with God's oil of joy. August 10, 2024.
