The Bible strongly condemns pride and admonishes all to avoid it. This is because pride is destructive as seen in the fall of the devil who wanted to be like God as a result of pride. In today's Morning Devotion, king Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon, is cut to size by God because of his pride in failing to give glory to God who had blessed him and made his kingdom glorious.
