The Bible is very clear about whom the believer should fear. He is to fear God alone - who can kill both the body and soul in hell - and not those who can kill the body only but cannot kill the soul. Today's Morning Devotion emphasizes this, and admonishes all believers to be courageous and fearless in declaring God's truth and the gospel at all times.
