God specializes in turning mourning into joy and in bringing out celebrations out of sorrow. This is because His desire is for all those who trust Him to be full of joy and not experience sorrow. This is the focus of today's Morning Devotion. That as many as trust in the Lord, He will keep joyful and fulfilled. He will not permit anything that will bring sorrow or mourning into their lives because His desire is for the voice of rejoicing and salvation to perpetually dwell in their habitation.
