God's desire is always that His people be united as one because it is through unity that they can accomplish the task of being His light to the world, and being the salt of the earth. Jesus came into the world demonstrating the love of God for the world to see and appreciate; and before He left, He prayed for His disciples, followers, and the church, that they all may be one - united in Him. This is the focus of today's Morning Devotion. It emphasizes the need for believers to be united as Christ's ambassadors that the world may believe that they are of God. July 16, 2023.
