The purpose of Jesus' coming into the world was that man could be reconciled back to God, delivered from the power of sin and death, and granted an eternal home with God. Today's Morning Devotion makes it clear that there is the need for man to know what he needs to do to appropriate this work of redemption, and receive its benefits. Man needs to acknowledge this finished work of redemption, accept it, and embrace Jesus as his personal Lord and Saviour. That is what he must do. July 5, 2023.
