It's the day after a long weekend and holiday and the diet ads, especially for quick jump starts, detoxes and cleanses are rampant! If you are feeling bloated, guilty and/or inclined to start a new diet today or this week, Michelle invites you to stop, take a deep breath and listen to this episode.

Today, she discusses the diet cycle that so many of us are stuck in, how to break free from the cycle and find freedom from restriction and in control of foods that we have previously proclaimed to be trigger foods or off limit foods due to us not being able to control ourselves around.

We do not need to start a new diet every Monday, after a long weekend, or ever again to be healthy, worthy, or live a life life worth living - if anything, not restarting a new diet is like to make us healthier and happier overall!
