Today we talk about freedom from both positive and negative thinking. This is another chance to explore how things work. We don't control our hearts, lungs, or our bowel, but we think we have all the control when it comes to our thinking.
Freedom of control is when we have space from thinking we must control.
We can be free from the negative thoughts that come up in our mind. The same goes for positive thoughts that sometimes come up as well. If a negative thought comes up, we can just let it go and not react to it by saying anything out loud or even in our head.
The same goes for positive thoughts that come up in our mind; sometimes those are good too! But sometimes they aren't really positive and just seem to be positive because we want them to be so bad! When this happens, just let them go too! You don’t need them anymore!
