So often I hear, "How do you make time to go hiking every weekend? How do you go camping all the time?" In this episode, I give you a very simple answer that is not simply enacted. I discuss some strategies to ensure you are prioritizing soaking up nature and making sure your cup is full so you can pour it into others.
