The Trans-Mexican Volcanic Belt or Sierra Madre is a volcanic belt that covers central and southern Mexico. The highest peaks in Mexico and even some in North America can be found here among central states such as Puebla, Morelos, and Veracruz. A group of ASFM students continues to challenge such elevations. This is their story, told by themselves.
