Hello angels! Thank you so much for being here! Welcome back to Connect! I am reapproaching Connect with a new mindset and fresh perspective! I aim to assist in the integration between the spiritual + the physical by providing more tools, practices, rituals, info, etc. that we can actually use + implement into our daily lives so we can feel the balance between our spiritual + physical sides!
My hope is to be the big sister I wish I had as the guiding hand when I first started my journey. It can feel overwhelming and lonely, so my goal is to alleviate some of that burden for you by providing you with comfort, guidance, reassurance, encouragement, and whatever else you need!
Along with all of this, remember that your journey is your own - take what resonates and leave what doesn't! Do what feels good!
