Through this episode, I discuss my beliefs around trauma or as I like to call them "samskaras", and how they do not define who we are or how we choose to live the rest of our lives. Trauma comes in so many forms and is processed so differently by every single person. Mental health, struggling, and how we recognize it, and heal through it cannot simply be put into one tiny box. It's to understand yourself, your triggers, and to become more in tune with how you feel and how your body, mind, and soul expresses it. And it is to support and love yourself as best as you can for the way you flow through life.
