Through her experiences in life, she has learned to transform pain and suffering into wisdom and grace. She is deeply drawn to share this freedom with others, and is very passionate about helping others through her energy work and craniosacral therapy sessions. Mercedes is also the co-host of her podcast called The Cosmic Adults!
Mercedes grew up knowing there was something different about her, however she shut off her inner knowing for many years until she experienced an incredible spiritual awakening in 2017. She shares her beautiful story of awakening with us, and this is one of the coolest awakening experiences that we have heard to date! This awakening led her to rediscover her truest self and intuitive gifts, and she now is able to share them with the world.
Throughout the conversation we talk about the importance of continuous, life-long learning and trust, as well as what craniosacral therapy is and how exactly it works to heal the mind, body, and spirit.
