Bre's own healing journey from co-dependency and a toxic past relationship, led her to pursue this work in helping others find clarity and freedom from their own dysfunctional relationships. Bre holds one-on-one sessions, as well as group sessions to allow space for her clients to become aware of red flags, how to close the revolving door of toxic relationships, and healing unhealthy patterns.
Bre shares her story of being in a dysfunctional relationship and how her difficult experience allowed for personal growth and transformation, which then led her to this incredible career of coaching clients through similar relationship challenges. We chat about co-dependancy, walking on eggshells, a conflicting head vs. heart, as well as suggestions for people who may be in dysfunctional relationships and advice on how to best support someone who is experiencing relationship struggles and uncertainty.
