Xandra is the founder of Soul Essence Center, where she helps empaths tap into their intuition, develop a deeper sense of embodied trust, and heal themselves by deeply connecting to their higher self.
Xandra shares her own story of spiritual awakening with us, as well as her journey into her fulfilling work as a Buddhist psychotherapist and psychic medium. She describes Buddhist psychology as a means for seeing every client with unconditional positive regard and acknowledging them as an expert of their own lives, while bringing in mindfulness, meditation, and emapthic practices. As Xandra explored a deeper connection to self and source, her psychic gifts also re-opened.
