How do you cope with the heaviness of all the negativity happening in the world? It's tough. There's so much devastation and despair in the air that I think we're all feeling really down, which is an absolutely normal response to the state of the world right now! So I wanted to take this time to remind ourselves how we're going to get through this together: by creating moments of joy to balance us out.
You are not alone. We are in this together. We will get through this like we have every other tough time we've faced. But we have to make sure we're taking care of ourselves in the process.
