In today’s episode, we discuss the reality that many couples face concerning the division of labor in this day and age. Nobody gets through 100% of their daily to-do list, and similarly, not everyone puts their career on hold. We often feel torn between the demands of our work and our roles as parents. Working Mothers are especially hit the hardest. Everything doesn’t have to be equal—but we do need to have the sense that there’s a fair share of division of labor.
