In the third episode, my fiancé Sabrina Merks joins me and we speak about tolerance breaks and smoke breaks. Sometimes it's a good idea to put the bong down and give your lungs a break, have some edibles or THC drinks. Other times, it's even better to stop ingesting THC all together for a few days/weeks/months depending on how much you ingest.
