(let’s talk about how to deal & identify with signs of grief.)Grief can bring on different forms of mental health issues if not processed correctly. Notice how I say “ correctly” not “quickly” it’s all in perfect timing, learn how to take that time to find purpose , develop self love , embark on your spiritual journey & become more in tune with self. There are tools in placed for us to use to help get through things like grief. We can grieve someone or something .. it’s emotional suffering & in my opinion a form of spiritual warfare.
