Meet Mollie Engelhart, Executive Chef and Founder of Sage Plant Based Bistro in Los Angeles. Mollie Engelhart, was raised vegan on a small farm in upstate NewYork. Her upbringing inspired a love for gardening, foodscaping and cooking from scratch. After years of success in the restaurant industry Mollie and husband Elias decided to take their commitment a step further and started an organic regenerative farm, Sow a Heart, in nearby Fillmore, CA.
