Brian Higgins is a storyteller across the board who incorporates film, stand up comedy, and visual arts to create community. Brian helped found the Nonprofit Organization "Mental Healthy Fit" to help end mental health stigma through education, entertainment, and impact. Brian talks about what lead him to help create the organization, what films inspired his voice, and some Irish folklore.
