Psalm 4:8 is a great encouragement to rest in God. When we rest we are telling God that we really do trust Him to work out whatever it is that we're wondering or worrying about. Rest is important - we're commanded to do it! As we live our holiest hot mess lives let's work on resting and trusting God.
