Hey there everyone and welcome to another episode of the chronicles of mister. In this episode I chop it up once again with Principal Niki Reid. I love Niki's energy and it’s always a joy. In this episode we talk about several things but the idea and belief that “every child is 1 positive adult away” from being on a path towards their greatest potential is one that resonated deeply with me. I’d venture to say that we’ve all had not so great teachers , however I’d venture to guess that we’ve had at least one adult who saw or recognized potential in us. All kiddos need an adult in their corner who sees what is unseen to the child and lights a sparks that leads to that achievement down the road.
