She grew up in the United Kingdom, however, raised by traditional Indian parents, she has struggled with her identity and meeting what to expected.
As a Japanese myself, I have seen this cultural pressure against women to be married and have children but not much after that.
Ambila and I had a deep conversation about our mental health, pressure, and how we can overcome what we truly want to achieve in our lives when the norm is against us.
I hope our conversation is some shift and maybe sharing this episode with someone who is struggling with this issue, can give some insight.
