This week we are joined by Ann Mitchell, OAM (Interview begins at 1:24). Ann was kind enough to sit down with us and talk all about her cricket journey throughout the 1960s-80s. Ann played for New South Wales, in 1977 was appointed team manager of the Australian team, and toured for a decade on a winning streak. We chat to Ann about the development of women’s cricket in Australia in the past and how far we still have to go. We also talk about the recent W-Ashes series, and who she thinks will take the World Cup title!
