I've got an update on the leader who I talked about in "Employee Engagement" and what I think will happen when this person gets back from some well deserved time away. As well as reflections on all that has happened this year, and the change we're still in the middle of.
Taking the time and space to reflect, rethink and connect with our values and who we want to be is part of the process of personal change. We're going to be taking a short break for this purpose, and will return on January 7th, 2023. See you then!
