Culture is driven by the purpose of the organization, but there is also the factor of how certain types of organizations attract specific personality types. Some of these personality types make change more difficult.
We get into motivations and how to assess where employees fall in the different categories. I also link a great tool that can help you understand this in more depth (and yourself!) and talk about how what drives a person at work can impact how well the organization implements change.
