To many sensitives, the idea of taking the spotlight can be scary and overwhelming, but Emily Philips has found, that her sensitivity has played an essential part in her beautiful career on the big stages as a singer and performer.
The thought of becoming visible might on one hand feel difficult, but on the other hand, we all also have a deep need to be seen and heard. This push-pull effect is something Emily helps her clients navigate, so they can expand and express themselves.
In this episode, we talk about how so many sensitive people have wonderful gifts to share with the world, and that finding the courage to be visible is so important. We need to get on the stage and share our message.
Emily supports highly sensitive coaches, healers, artists, and self-employed entrepreneurs to integrate, reconnect with + embody their voice in their relationships.
Passionate about helping others develop more intimacy + expression in their lives + communication, Emily’s soft and highly attuned approach prioritizes space for radical self-acceptance and an embracing of all parts of the creative self.
One of her core beliefs is that you are whole and loved, exactly as you are.
Clients who collaborate with Emily discover fuller availability of expression in their communication, more confidence around visibility in their work, all in tandem with a freer voice and centred nervous system. Through her unique embodiment processes that include voice work, singing, sound toning, gentle movement, and discussion, a natural reconnection to more presence + the sensual, feelingful body is often experienced through the work together, whether in one-to-one containers or within group sessions.
