This series is going to start from understanding eating disorders, disordered eating and food intuition.
The goal of this series is to help you to navigate how to have a relationship with food and feel more confident in your choices.
But to get there, especially if you are a chronic dieter is not so easy which is why we are providing this safe space to have an open conversation about the reward-restricted cycle and how these extremes really mess with our mindset.
In this episode we chat about where these patterns come from and our own experiences with disordered eating, how to understand the feminine and masculine mindset approach to fitness and nutrition and why it can hinder us from our goals and lead us to burn out.
With the holidays coming up our goal is to spread awareness when it comes to your approach to food and who is this you are doing it for.
This series is going to be broken up into four parts starting with understanding and awareness of your eating patterns.
