Sam & Jack are joined by Johnny Lawrence aka @theselfdevelopmentcoach who opens up about his journey from being raised in a household where domestic violence was common, suffering child abuse and turning to alcohol to cope. Johnny escaped this abuse but it was not until his sons were born that he decided to turn his life around. Johnny explains he attempted to speak to his father many years later, but all it did was provide him with an awakening which changed his life for the better.
