There will be several new topics introduced this season, as well as special guests who are experts in their field and have personal experiences to share. The New Year brings many exciting things, especially with various new bills related to public health being introduced; Like expanding provider status to pharmacists - another first - a series across seasons and co-hosts this 2024 legislative season.
Some topics we’re most excited to discuss are the therapeutic uses of ketamine and its potential for misuse, hearing personal experiences of recovery from substance use disorder, and even a name familiar to most, Mark Cuban’s Cost Plus Drug Company - an episode on efforts to increase transparency in drug costs. We will also feature some pharmacists practicing in unique and innovative practice areas!
