I don't remember every seeing neon lights use like this before! It makes sense to me somehow! These are my first thoughts the first time I seen Melissa uroff work in person . these thoughts never left my brain and I had no idea months later I would b sitting down with the artist talking about who she is what she does and how she got to this point in her artist journey. Melissa uroff has made it a point to share and highlight the works of other artists here in our city of Sacramento 👊🏼🙏🏼 with a magazine called TUBE produced 100% by artist !
