A few months back I had the privilege of being a guest on the Last In Line Leadership Podcast with John Shibley.
John is an Author | Podcast host of Last In Line Leadership | Men's Ministry leader and curriculum developer | Sales and Sales leadership for 26 years | Husband and Father of 4.
John stepped into his calling right in the middle of the COVID pandemic when he self-published his first book called Last In Line Leadership: A Pathway To Purpose And Destiny Defined. This is a book of 5-day devotionals on various life foundational topics that are designed to encourage and inspire people to connect with God and live their best life. John also developed a YouTube channel and podcast where he interviews powerful leaders, military and law enforcement service members, professional athletes, ministry leaders as well as other extraordinary people who have conquered or overcome adversity. John currently lives in Conroe, TX and is a Senior Specialty Sales Rep in the Neurology Infusion Industry.
It was a pleasure to have a conversation with John on the subject of leadership. This has been a subject I have studied for nearly two decades. Along with our conversation on leadership we spoke on ego, humility, empathy, gratitude and much more. One thing that John said really stood out to me within the nature of leadership, “Stop Complaining and Do Something.”
I hope you enjoy this conversation and get something out of it. Share your takeaways and tag @timdouglasinspires.com and @last_in_line_leadership on Instagram
