Library Hall was the founding stage to what would eventually inspire the nation's Library of Congress, and was created by Benjamin Franklin and a few of his pals from the Library Group.
Now, similar to several locations that Franklin frequented during his life, it would seem that his spirit still lingers long after death. With haunted halls and moving books, along with a statue that seems to come to life and dance about the streets, Library Hall is certainly one of the more interesting haunts within Philadelphia.
