We had a chance to speak with dance creator, producer, educator, and entrepreneur Christopher Caldwell. Chris discussed stepping out of his comfort zone, diming his light in white spaces as a black dancer, protesting for six (6) months after George Floyd's death, confronting employers about racism within their organizations, losing associations and more.
