Nicole is a mom of two beautiful girls and a personal trainer. She grew up in Birmingham, AL and graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Kinesiology / Physical Education. She also cheered at all throughout high school and college which had a big influence on her desire to help others enjoy fitness. She currently lives in Dallas, TX and enjoys training clients physically with exercise and mentally to be a better version of themselves.
