In this week’s DBG episode, I had the opportunity to speak with professional skier, world record holder, and X-Games gold medalist, Julian Carr. Julian is widely recognized in the skiing world as having gotten some of the biggest airs off of cliffs the size of buildings. We met almost ten years ago in Salt Lake City and I’ve always been impressed with his composure and confidence. We talk about Gus life in the mountains, his work with Cirque Series, his company Discrete, and what goes through one’s mind when approaching a 200-foot cliff.
