In this episode, for the first time ever, you'll hear me have a conversation with someone who isn't a Permian Basin resident. I had the privilege of meeting William on my recent trip to Houston for the AFSP chapter leadership conference. William is on the board for the North Texas Chapter and has an incredible story to tell.
