Today we sit down with Andre, owner of CrossFit Park West, to hear about how street soccer led him to CrossFit. From living in Brazil to playing for the Professional Futsal League, Andre is now heavily involved with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, 4 hour long Sunday brunches, and an after school kids program - all while owning a CrossFit gym.
