Reigning for her hometown of Harlem Washington Heights, this is the start and humble beginnings of her baking career. Women form her complex would gather and share recipes from over 50 years ago. To add to her wonderful knowledge of baking she attended Wilton School for Pastry Art 1999. This only grew her need for baking and creating new recipes and share them with the next generations to come. Teaching baking to young girls in a Daycare school keeps her busy nowadays. Not from honing her craft she comes from a long line of culinary masters. Being able to bump elbows with a few top chefs in her day. She has baked for so many birthdays and wedding to count, they all praise her work and flavors.
