God's requirement for your Faith to work is that it should not focus on the obvious limitations around you, more so, it should not focus on the obvious strengths around you too. It should rely solely on the Wisdom and Power of God.
There are things you can see that limits your faith, likewise those that you can see that makes you rest on the wisdom of men. God's idea is for your faith not to rest on either of them but on the wisdom & Power of God.
...and those things are in the realm of the unseen, that's where God wants us to look to - those things that cannot be seen at the moment.
Move your eyes from what you can see now to the things that are not easily visible.
Hebrews 11:3 tells us that's how God created the world - the things that are made came out of the things that are not visible.
