Whether we do it to ourselves or it gets triggered from outside influence, anxiety is pretty much unavoidable - unfortunately! But...

what people don’t always realize is that anxiety, worry, and stress wreak so much havoc on us- mentally, emotionally, and even physically! The good news-- we are NOT destined or designed to live with anxiety, stress, or worry. Anxiety is a SIGNAL that something's wrong, NOT a state of mind we're doomed to live in.

In this episode, I share relatable tips and practices to implement that will naturally help to fight against the negative effects of anxiety. With some personal stories along the way and even some of my own mistakes, you’ll get to know anxious Bri a little better. It’s time to take control of your thought life, and rest in the promise that God will give us "perfect peace", as long as we’re focused on Him!
