We all like a good motivational speech. Or video. Or book.
Yet for most of us, relying on motivation is actually a great way to guarantee we'll never reach our goals. Motivation feels good and can be a useful tool, but it's a pretty terrible way to create true success.
In this episode, I share why motivation isn't the answer and what we should be targeting instead.
