Strength training is important - and it's more than just about performance. Strength training can help your longevity, both in running and just as a human.

In this episode, I discuss a recent study that I've seen some people use to say strength training isn't particularly important. I break down what the study actually shows, when strength work might not be a good use of your time, and why it's an important training stimulus for most people.
