I sit down with one of my oldest friends Sean Staskin, to discuss his leadership and mentorship philosophy. Sean describes one of his mentors "Old Irish Paul" and we dive into his own leadership journey through two full decades of work. Sean explains how he uses it now in a Senior Leadership position at one of the worlds largest E-Commerce companies.
