Call meeting to Order
Council President James Hamill called the regularly scheduled Borough Council meeting to order at 6:01 PM on Monday, April 25, 2022. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. The in-person meeting was conducted in the second-floor meeting room of Borough Hall, 958 Main Street, Honesdale, with a virtual participation option. A roll call of Councilors indicated the following were present at Borough Hall: President James Hamill, Vice-President Jason Newbon, David Nilsen, James Jennings, Jared Newbon, and Michael Augello. Councilor William McAllister attended virtually. In addition, the following Borough officials were in attendance: Mayor Derek Williams, Solicitor Richard Henry, and Borough Secretary Judith Poltanis.
