I'm your teacher and property Fairy Godmother Lexie Carducci. My entire life revolves around property, I'm a property finder, developer and investment landlord, it's definitely safe to say I'm obsessed!
There are so many things in property that I would loved to have learned years ago and wish we were taught at school, and I know a lot of you feel the same way. So I'm taking it upon myself to share with you everything I know about the industry but also what I'm learning on my property journey.
We'll cover everything from the basics of what actually is a mortgage, what does SDLT mean, what are different property investing strategies, how to get started, first time buyer tips, interior trends, building costs, development breakdowns, the buying and renting process explained and soooo much more!

I started my year going back to my 'WHY' and why I started to focus my social media content on property and it was always to advise, inspire and help people wanting to get into the industry and giving them all the info they need in one place to get what they want out of property.
So whether you're a First Time Buyer, looking to start investing in property developments, wanting to buy a 2nd home, trying to move into a different property strategy, thinking of starting a career in the industry or are simply interested in property I promise there will be something here for you!
