Ruth has experienced eczema all her life and was diagnosed with a severe nut allergy as a child. However, it was only in her thirties that she was diagnosed with a severe milk allergy too.
Following some severe anaphylactic responses and a worsening of her eczema she decided to stop using topical steroids two years ago.
The consequence was extreme topical steroid withdrawal and Ruth speaks candidly about her struggles. All the while maintaining a connection to her inner wisdom that guided her, and continues to guide her, through the experience.
