In this episode I speak to Karen Stanley who went from suddenly reacting to foods and having terrible stomach pains to being able to eat anything and everything she likes.
Looking back she can see that see was under a lot of stress but at the time she didn't feel that stress was an issue at all.
We explore the mind-body connection, the impact of stress and thinking on the body and those things that are often invisible to us that drive poor health.
