Episode 2 jumps right into something I find hard for most people (myself included). Why do we always have to play the comparison game? Why do we have the need to feel perfect?   I talk about what both mean and how they're related to both nutrition as well as normal life. When you can handle these concepts you will already be able to reduce your stress level daily.  Ultimately, your goal should be to reduce and manage your stress because we know it's not going to ALL disappear.
